• Lead and manage store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company standards
• Supervise, train, and motivate team members while providing constructive feedback and support for their professional development
• Interact professionally and courteously with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy and a customer-focused approach
• Handle cash management, including processing transactions, reconciling registers, and maintaining accurate financial records
• Answer phones, take orders, and manage customer communications in a friendly and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment by overseeing cleaning duties and operational standards
• Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and supply ordering as needed
• Resolve conflicts and challenges with a decisive yet collaborative approach
• Communicate transparently with management regarding operational issues, employee performance, and customer feedback
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods
• Analyze store performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Proven leadership and team management experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
• Strong math and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle financial transactions accurately
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams

• Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities

• Proficiency in cash handling and money management
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills (preferred)
