Our scoring mechanism blends campus career-center playbooks (MIT- and Harvard-style structure) with recruiter-informed match dimensions. Models and checklists are trained and calibrated on résumés and job descriptions from Google, Figma, Meta, Amazon, Adobe, and other top tech roles in our library — then improved responsibly with product data.
Student data is handled with FERPA-informed privacy — we do not sell personal data. Training and quality work use only what our Privacy Policy allows: operating the service, analytics, and internal model improvement for the community.
