Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The Evergreen Center is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated BCBA to work as a Behavioral Education Team Supervisor. In this role you will design and implement behavior support plans tailored to individual student needs, collaborate and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, serve as a liaison between Evergreen, the student, and various stakeholders, and assist with the day-to-day coordination of activities for students.  This role also functions as a manager providing staff supervision, training, and development $5,000 Sign On Bonus • Current BCBA certification, in the process to obtain BCBA certification, or willingness to enroll in a BCBA certification program • Master's Degree in Special Education, Psychology, Behavior Analysis or related field • 3-5 years of experience working with children with intellectual and developmental disabilities • Supervision experience preferred (2 years) • Driver's license required Benefits • $5,000 Sign On Bonus • Medical and dental insurance • Paid vacation, holiday, and sick time • Tuition support and paid professional days • 403(b) retirement savings plan • Relocation stipend up to $2000 Work Hours • Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Please visit our website at www.evergreenctr.org to learn more about our organization!
