As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the following duties: **Delivery Operations** • Operate delivery vehicle in compliance with all traffic laws and company safety standards • Navigate assigned delivery routes efficiently using maps and navigational applications • Locate and deliver orders to designated addresses within the delivery area • Navigate multi-story buildings and adverse terrain to complete deliveries • Maintain accurate delivery records and complete associated paperwork **In-Store Support** • Operate all equipment as directed • Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler • Prepare products according to company specifications as needed • Receive and process telephone orders when required • Maintain cleanliness of designated work areas and equipment on a daily basis **Customer and Team Communication** • Communicate effectively with customers and team members both verbally and in writing • Process orders accurately over the phone and in person • Provide professional customer service and service recovery as needed • Comprehend and execute written instructions correctly **Administrative and Financial Responsibilities** • Process monetary transactions accurately, including calculating change • Perform mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) with accuracy • Enter orders using computer keyboards or touch screens • Maintain precise documentation of deliveries and transactions All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
