Aluminum & Stainless Steel Fabrication Welder Location: Hanover, PA Job Type: Contract-to-Hire Shift: First Shift | Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–3:00 PM (Occasional Saturdays and overtime as needed) Starting Pay: From $24.00 per hour (higher compensation may be available based on experience) Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Welder to manufacture aluminum, stainless steel, and miscellaneous metal products. This role combines fitting, layout, and TIG welding to produce handrails and other custom fabricated components while meeting quality, productivity, and safety expectations. The ideal candidate has strong TIG welding experience, can interpret fabrication drawings, and enjoys working in a fast-paced shop environment.
