DRIVING EXCELLENCE IN GLOBAL NUTRITION SHAPING THE FUTURE OF FOOD THROUGH STRATEGIC LEGAL LEADERSHIP Dole Packaged Foods is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel — Commercial Transactions to join its Legal team, supporting the Americas region. This senior role is responsible for managing a wide range of commercial contracts, strategic transactions, and providing practical legal counsel across commercial, operational, and regulatory matters. The Senior Corporate Counsel will independently draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, lead the contract lifecycle from intake through execution, and advise internal stakeholders on risk allocation, indemnity, liability, insurance, and data privacy. The position requires 7–10 years of relevant experience, a Juris Doctor, and active U.S. bar admission (California preferred). Experience in food and beverage, consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, or other regulated industries is preferred, as is familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems.
