Job description
To deliver subject matter expertise and services within the technology landscape of the Data Asset Management Platform. Direct the deployment of services and enhancements that are engineered to meet requirements and service level objectives of the organisation. Manage and measure usage of services to ensure proactive cost and capacity requirements are met. Nurture and enhance an active community of users to develop their skills, usage and knowledge of the platforms, capabilities and services.
• Bachelor of Information Technology, Computer Science or related
• VMware Certification will be advantageous
Experience:
3-5 years' experience in IT technical infrastructure support in providing support for technical problems experienced by users or systems including exposure to network, mainframe and server environments.

Key Impact Areas:
• Actively engage with data stakeholders to identify platform gaps and areas of improvement in order to continuously improve.
• Address functional changes in the Data Asset Management platform to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Build, enhance and/or optimise parts of the SDLC or incident lifecycle to improve the reliability of the data asset management platforms and ensure both the platforms and infrastructure are always-on and always secure.
• Collaborate as a team to eliminate platform inefficiencies, monitor applications, reduce rework, simplify work practices, define metrics, and ensure operational quality of applications.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of all data asset management platform roadmaps with reference architecture, technical requirements and business prioritisation.
