What You Will Be Doing: • General Maintenance & Repairs: Carry out routine painting, plastering, basic carpentry, tiling, and minor plumbing or electrical troubleshooting. • Preventative Care: Conduct scheduled maintenance checks on guest rooms (e.g., lighting, furniture, fixtures) and public areas to fix issues before guests notice them. • Rapid Response: Respond promptly and politely to urgent maintenance requests from guests or other hotel departments. • Safety First: Maintain tools, equipment, and workshops in a safe, clean order, ensuring all work complies with workplace health and safety (WHS) standards.
