Product Marketing Manager

Lessen, LLC is a venture-backed, privately held company with offices in Scottsdale and Chicago.  The Product Marketing Manager will help bring Lessen's products, service lines, and platform capabilities to market through clear positioning, compelling messaging, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and launch support.  This is a hands-on, generalist product marketing role for someone who can work across the full Lessen ecosystem and translate complex technology-enabled services into simple, outcome-driven stories for sales teams, customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.  The Product Marketing Manager will initially support messaging, enablement, launches, and competitive positioning across Lessen's broader portfolio, including Residential Services, Commercial Services, ONE by Lessen, Lessen360, Lessen Pro, Marketplace, Aiden, and emerging offerings. As the product marketing function scales, this role may evolve into primary ownership of one or two product areas, service lines, audience segments, or go-to-market motions.  The ideal candidate is a strong writer, structured thinker, AI-literate operator, and cross-functional partner who can work closely with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, Customer Success, Operations, and Marketing to turn product and service strategy into practical market-facing and sales-facing materials.
