Waiter/Waitress - Russian Speaker

• Welcome and greet guests warmly, providing attentive and personalized service throughout the dining experience. • Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure all orders are communicated clearly and promptly to the kitchen and bar teams. • Take accurate order, and serve food and beverages efficiently and according to established service standards, while ensuring proper presentation and timing. • Monitor guest needs throughout the meal and proactively attend to requests, ensuring a smooth and memorable dining experience. • Liaise closely with F&B service and kitchen teams to ensure timely operations • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the hostess desk and entrance area • Support overall F&B operations to elevate the guest dining experience • Proven experience as a Waiter/ Waitress or in a guest-facing role within a five-star hotel or luxury resort • Fluency in English and Russian (additional languages are an advantage) • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and guest-oriented mindset • Ability to manage restaurant reservations and seating arrangements efficiently • Strong understanding of F&B service standards and dining etiquettes • Capacity to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment • Attractive tax free salary package • Monthly service charge earnings • Comprehensive health insurance coverage • Annual paid leave with return flight ticket • Accommodation, meals, uniforms, and additional employee perks
