Owners Representative Project Manager - Retrofit Construction

About the role The Owner’s Representative Project Manager – Retrofit Construction acts as a trusted advisor to clients, leading the planning, design, construction, and closeout of facility retrofit and renovation projects. This role represents the owner's interests throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and operational objectives are achieved. The position collaborates with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver complex upgrades and modernization projects while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations. What you´ll do • Serve as the primary owner’s representative for retrofit, renovation, and modernization projects. • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communications. • Coordinate design teams, contractors, vendors, and internal client stakeholders. • Oversee procurement, contract administration, and project controls processes. • Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project requirements. • Lead project meetings, issue resolution, and decision-making activities. • Review project documentation, change orders, schedules, and cost forecasts. • Support phased construction planning to minimize operational impacts. • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project objectives. • Provide regular reporting and executive-level updates on project performance and delivery status. • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience managing retrofit, renovation, tenant improvement, or capital construction projects. • Experience serving as an Owner’s Representative, Project Manager, Construction Manager, or similar client-facing role. • Strong knowledge of project delivery, construction methods, contract administration, and project controls. • Proven ability to manage consultants, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholder groups. • Strong financial management, scheduling, and risk management skills. • Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship management abilities. • PMP, CCM, PE, RA, or other relevant professional certifications preferred. • Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments while driving successful client outcomes. *SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable. *On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs* Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
