AC Technician

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, refrigeration, and ventilation equipment. • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cold rooms, refrigeration units, and related systems. • Respond promptly to guest requests and engineering work orders to ensure uninterrupted comfort and service. • Support installation, servicing, and commissioning of HVAC equipment. • Maintain maintenance records, logs, and engineering documentation. • Adhere to safety standards, environmental practices, and energy conservation initiatives. • Minimum 3 years of HVAC maintenance experience in a hotel, resort, or large commercial environment. • Technical certification (ITI/HVAC/Refrigeration Engineering) preferred. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Previous Maldives resort experience is an advantage. • Professional communication, teamwork, and commitment to guest satisfaction • Competitive tax-free remuneration package • Monthly service charge distribution • Comprehensive medical insurance coverage • Annual vacation leave with a company-provided return flight ticket as per company policy • Accommodation, meals, uniforms, and exclusive employee benefits
