Structural Steel Assembly & Fabrication Specialist Location: Arlington, TN Job Type: Contract-to-Hire Shift: Second Shift | Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–3:00 AM (Some Saturdays Required) Starting Pay: From $21.00 per hour (higher compensation may be available based on experience) Shift Differential: Additional 10% for second shift Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Structural Steel Assembly & Fabrication Specialist to join a busy fabrication facility. This role involves fitting, assembling, and preparing structural steel components for production while working from blueprints and fabrication drawings. The ideal candidate is experienced with structural steel fabrication, shop equipment, and material handling in a manufacturing environment.
