Job description

Summary The Quick Lube Tech is responsible for performing routine maintenance and basic automotive services while delivering a high level of customer service. This position works closely with the service team to ensure vehicles are serviced safely, efficiently, and according to manufacturer and dealership standards. Responsibilities: • Perform oil and filter changes, fluid inspections, tire checks, and other basic maintenance services. • Inspect vehicles and report any recommended repairs or maintenance needs to the service team. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. • Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety guidelines. • Properly use and maintain shop tools and equipment. • Provide professional and courteous service to customers and coworkers. • Previous automotive, quick-lube, or mechanical experience preferred, but not required. • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and automotive systems. • Ability to perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire inspections, filter replacements, and other routine maintenance services. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • Excellent customer service, communication, and willingness to learn. Additional Requirements: • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. • Ability to successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening.
