Senior Corporate Counsel / Associate General Counsel, Disputes – Remote (U.S.) (978-SLS)

Our client, an innovative publicly traded cloud infrastructure company and AI compute provider in an exciting stage of growth, has exclusively retained Solutus Legal Search to assist in its search for a Senior Corporate Counsel / Associate General Counsel, Disputes (title dependent on experience). This attorney will report directly to the General Counsel and will own the company’s global disputes portfolio, serving as a trusted advisor to business and legal leaders across the organization. As the company has scaled, so have the volume and variety of its disputes. This attorney will manage matters spanning commercial and employment disputes, intellectual property, government and regulatory inquiries, internal investigations, and the third-party legal process that comes with operating a global platform. This is a broad, high-impact role within a small, collaborative legal team, working closely with Engineering, Product, Sales, Security, Finance, and People across the organization.
