Reception Agent

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic candidates to join our Front Office team as Reception Agents for the summer season, from May to September 2027 Reception Agent First impressions are everything! As a Reception Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us. What you will be doing: Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service Take initiative to add a personalized experience Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling Your experience and skills include: • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment. • Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Accommodation & Benefits: The company provides accommodation in a shared apartment, daily transportation between the accommodation and the hotel, and two meals per day on working days. Additionally, the company covers round-trip flight tickets from the candidate's home country, including airport transfers upon arrival (airport to hotel) and departure at the end of the contract (hotel to airport)
