• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Manage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
• Run shifts efficiently, ensuring optimal staffing and productivity
• Handle customer interactions professionally and resolve any issues promptly
• Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
• Coordinate inventory management and supply ordering

• Assist in training and developing new team members
• Collaborate with the store manager to implement strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction

• Answer phones and process customer orders accurately

• Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Food handler's certification (preferred)
