Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at our 5201 Grand Blvd location in St Louis, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to success. • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures • Manage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards • Run shifts efficiently, ensuring optimal staffing and productivity • Handle customer interactions professionally and resolve any issues promptly • Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records • Coordinate inventory management and supply ordering • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies • Assist in training and developing new team members • Collaborate with the store manager to implement strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction • Maintain a clean and organized work environment • Answer phones and process customer orders accurately • Perform various tasks as needed, including food preparation and delivery coordination • Proven experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude • Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Problem-solving abilities and decision-making capabilities • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations • Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills • High school diploma or equivalent (required) • Food handler's certification (preferred) All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
