As part of Match Group’s global legal organization, this role partners closely with Hinge’s product, design, and engineering teams to provide practical, solution-oriented legal counsel throughout the full product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and commercialization. The Product Corporate Counsel will serve as an embedded advisor, managing day-to-day legal questions, ensuring compliance with domestic and international laws, and guiding the development of new features, including AI-driven functionality and safety initiatives. This role collaborates with privacy counsel on data protection and regulatory matters, supports product launches in new markets, and drafts and negotiates a range of commercial agreements related to technology and product development. Candidates should bring at least 3 years of experience in technology, consumer products, privacy, or related regulatory practice, ideally with both law firm and in-house backgrounds. A law degree and New York bar admission (or in-house eligibility) are required. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, detail-oriented legal partner with strong communication skills, experience supporting product teams, and comfort with AI tools and evolving regulatory frameworks.
