MG Properties is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall appeal at our community, Texcoco in San Diego, CA!. In this role, you will play an important part in creating a positive living experience for residents by ensuring common areas, amenity spaces, offices, and vacant apartments are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Essential Responsibilities • Clean and maintain interior and exterior common areas, including hallways, resident amenities, laundry facilities, and waste disposal areas. • Clean and sanitize the leasing office, clubhouse, restrooms, and model apartments daily. • Clean and prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents. • Ensure vacant apartments remain fresh, clean, and move-in ready. • Maintain community cleanliness standards and report any maintenance or safety concerns. • Monitor housekeeping inventory and notify management of supply needs. • Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines. • Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications • Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success! • As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties. • Reliable transportation is a MUST! • Knowledge of the safe use and handling of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. • Ability to work independently and efficiently. • Reliable, punctual, and dependable. • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
