Line of Service Advisory Industry/Sector Technology Specialism Advisory - Other Management Level Manager Job Description & Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic SAP MM Manager to lead procurement and inventory transformation initiatives. This role demands deep functional expertise in SAP MM, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex SAP projects across global landscapes. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, ensure process excellence, and mentor a team of consultants. Key Responsibilities: • Lead SAP MM strategy, design, and delivery across implementation, rollout, and support projects. • Manage procurement lifecycle including sourcing, purchasing, vendor evaluation, and contract management. • Oversee inventory management, valuation, and logistics processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (FI, SD, PP, WM, Ariba) to ensure seamless integration. • Drive continuous improvement and system optimization aligned with business goals. • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. • Mentor and guide junior consultants and associates. • Prepare and present executive-level reports and solution roadmaps. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 7+ years of hands-on SAP MM experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. • Strong expertise in SAP MM configuration, business process design, and integration. • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori apps is highly desirable. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related fields.
