IT Infrastructure Asset and Contract Manager - Korean bilingual Required

Required Qualifications • 4+ years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, infrastructure operations, ITAM, ITSM, or a related field. • Experience working with enterprise IT infrastructure and data center environments. • Experience managing IT hardware/software contracts, maintenance agreements, and renewals. • Hands-on experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes. • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM); knowledge of ITIL practices preferred. • Experience managing technology vendors, suppliers, and service providers. • Understanding of hardware and software lifecycle management. • Experience working across IT, procurement, finance, vendors, and business teams. • Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, project management, and communication skills. • Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business, procurement, and vendor requirements. • Experience with ITSM, ITAM, procurement, contract management, or asset management platforms. • Fluent written and verbal communication in Korean and English.
