Structural Steel Welder / Fitter – 1st & 2nd Shift Location: Cocoa, FL Job Type: Contract-to-Hire Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd Shift Pay Rate: Up to $26.00/hr., depending on experience 2nd Shift Differential: Additional $3.00/hr. Position Summary We are hiring experienced Welders and Fitters to fabricate, weld, and assemble metal components in a shop environment. Candidates must be able to read blueprints, use fabrication tools, and complete work according to quality specifications and safety standards. Structural steel experience is preferred but not required. All work is performed in the shop; no travel or field work is required.
