Christmas at the Princess | Barback (Seasonal)

Reporting to the Director of Christmas at the Princess Operations, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: • Seasonal dates of position: October 31st through January 10th • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service • Display precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusions • Ensure the proper set up of all side stations in the outlet • Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions • Have knowledge of all menu items, contents and preparation methods • Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage • Other duties as assigned • Arizona Liquor Server Certification • Arizona Food Handlers Certification required • Previous point of sale system experience an asset • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities • Highly responsible & reliable • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak event periods. Visa Requirements: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
