Structural Steel Fabrication Lead Location: Cocoa Beach, FL Job Type: Contract-to-Hire Pay: $30.00/hour, depending on experience Position Overview Qualdoc is hiring a hands-on Fabrication Lead to help direct daily work in a structural steel and welding shop. This position works closely with fitters, welders, and other fabrication personnel to keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and according to quality requirements. The right candidate will have solid structural steel fabrication experience, strong knowledge of welding and fit-up, and previous experience leading a production team.
