Job description

As a Front Office Assistant, you will play an important role in creating a positive first impression while supporting the day-to-day administrative needs of the office. You will assist visitors, handle incoming communications, maintain organized records, and help ensure that daily office activities run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is professional, approachable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
