About Shadeform
Shadeform is a YC-backed GPU cloud marketplace that aggregates compute capacity across 30+ cloud and bare-metal providers, brokering large-scale GPU infrastructure deals between upstream providers and downstream AI and enterprise customers. We operate asset-light, moving fast on B300/B200-class capacity and building the commercial infrastructure that connects supply to demand in the AI compute market.
The Role
We're hiring a Sourcing Manager (or Sourcing Associate, depending on experience) to own the supply side of our marketplace. You'll identify, qualify, and onboard GPU and data center providers, then manage those relationships to keep high-quality capacity flowing into our platform. This is a commercial, relationship-driven role for someone who understands the AI infrastructure landscape and can talk credibly with providers about hardware, power, and deployment timelines.
What You'll Do
- Source and qualify new GPU cloud and bare-metal providers, building a pipeline of available capacity across regions and hardware generations.
- Own provider relationships end to end — from first outreach through onboarding, listing, and ongoing account management.
- Negotiate commercial terms and capacity commitments, working closely with the Head of Cloud Infrastructure and the deal team on structuring.
- Maintain accurate supply data and provider records in HubSpot, tracking capacity, pricing, and availability.
- Stay on top of market dynamics — pricing trends, new hardware, provider capabilities — and feed intelligence back to the team.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales and operations to match sourced capacity against active demand.
What We're Looking For
- Working knowledge of the AI infrastructure industry, including GPU compute, and familiarity with hardware and data center requirements (power, cooling, colocation, deployment constraints).
- A track record in sourcing, partnerships, business development, or supply-side account management — ideally in cloud, compute, or infrastructure.
- Comfort with HubSpot or a comparable CRM for pipeline and relationship management.
Strong commercial instincts and the ability to negotiate and manage provider relationships independently.
- Ideally, an existing network of GPU or data center providers you can bring to the table.
Direct, high-signal communication and a bias toward action.
The Manager vs. Associate distinction comes down to depth of industry experience, existing provider network, and ability to run relationships and negotiations autonomously.
Compensation
Strong base salary plus uncapped variable compensation tied to the capacity you source and bring online. Top performers earn significantly more as sourced volume scales.
Working at Shadeform
We're a small team, which means people have a high degree of ownership and autonomy. The work moves quickly, but we care a lot about building durable systems and maintaining quality. Most problems here are ambiguous at first, and people who do well tend to enjoy figuring things out without a lot of process already in place.
We care deeply about clear thinking, strong execution, and working with people who raise the bar for the team around them.
Shadeform is an equal opportunity employer.
