Professional Learning Lead, Operations

IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a Professional Learning Lead, Operations to manage and motivate a small team of coordinators and lead team-wide operations. #LI-EM1 In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the Professional Learning Group, including scheduling professional development, managing and maintaining team-wide systems and processes, approving and booking travel, and providing logistical support for internal meetings and events. You will work cross-functionally to manage and evaluate systems and processes within the PLG team. We are seeking a highly organized and process-driven leader who excels in customer support and effective communication. You are the kind of leader who can support and motivate a team and is also willing to jump in and do the work when needed. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING • Manage, support, and develop a team of coordinators, ensuring the team provides excellent customer service • Develop and maintain scalable, efficient systems to support team operations • Regularly evaluate and identify gaps in existing processes and escalate to senior leadership • Maintain oversight of professional development scheduling across seven regions • Work closely with internal teams to evaluate and develop Salesforce reports and dashboards to drive team efficiency • Oversee all aspects of the travel approval process for the professional learning team • Maintain high standards of quality for your team’s work • Provide logistical support for internal events and meetings WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • BA/BS degree • 5+ years working in operational roles • Previous management experience strongly preferred • A positive, upbeat leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment • A self-starter with the ability to plan and build timelines, prioritize tasks, and act resourcefully to resolve problems • Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented; ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, from start to finish • An exceptional verbal and written communicator who can work well with a wide range of people • A thoughtful and creative problem solver who aligns their work with the company’s mission and priorities • Proficient with Google Suite • Experience with Salesforce a plus ABOUT IXL LEARNING IXL Learning is the country's largest EdTech company.
