Steel Fabrication Operations Manager Location: Gallaway, TN Job Type: Direct Hire Starting Salary: $80,000/year; higher salary may be available depending on experience Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Steel Fabrication Operations Manager to lead production across two nearby facilities operating on two shifts. This position oversees production supervisors and is accountable for safety, equipment and facility upkeep, productivity, quality, scheduling, and on-time deliveries. The ideal candidate has a strong structural steel fabrication background, experience with AISC and AWS standards, knowledge of coating requirements, and a hands-on approach to leading production teams and managing multiple projects.
