Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, C#, and .NET. • Implement and manage databases, particularly MongoDB and other NoSQL solutions, while supporting ETL processes and reporting requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features while effectively communicating technical and business requirements. • Debug and troubleshoot application issues and apply test-driven development practices to ensure reliable, maintainable, and high-quality code. Required Skills & Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in backend software development. • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, particularly Node.js. • Strong hands-on experience with C# and the .NET framework. • Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases. • Solid understanding of backend development principles and best practices. • Experience designing, developing, and maintaining backend services. • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. • Knowledge of test-driven development and software quality practices. • Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred Skills: • Experience with Python. • Familiarity with ETL processes and reporting tools. • Experience with debugging techniques and tools. • Experience applying test-driven development methodologies.
