HVAC Technician

WE'RE LOOKING FOR A HIGHLY MOTIVATED HVAC TECHNICIAN TO JOIN OUR TEAM. THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN ON THE JOB AND BUILD A CAREER IN A GROWING INDUSTRY. YOU'LL WORK ON OUR INNOVATIVE MODULAR HOMES, HELPING US INSTALL AND TEST ALL-ELECTRIC HVAC SYSTEMS, INCLUDING HEAT PUMPS, ERVS (ENERGY RECOVERY VENTILATORS), AND THE RELATED DUCTWORK. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Install and mount heat pumps, including the refrigerant lines. - The installation and testing of ERV systems. - Assemble and install ductwork, ensuring it's sealed correctly for optimal airflow. - Perform performance tests on HVAC systems. - Help inspect completed work to ensure it meets our quality standards. - Work alongside licensed plumbers and electricians as we build our homes. - Follow all safety protocols and learn about building and energy codes. - Learn and practice proper refrigerant handling and documentation to maintain EPA compliance. What We're Looking For - Experience with HVAC systems. - Preference given to candidates with their EPA Section 608 Universal Certification, but this is not a requirement. - The physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work overhead, and perform tasks that require manual dexterity. - A strong desire to learn, an eye for detail, and a positive attitude.
